The Community Fleet program reflects Riide’s commitment to building a sustainable, community-driven electric mobility ecosystem. It offers members the opportunity to participate in the future of green transportation through digital assets that represent involvement and access within the Riide platform.
Within the Community Fleet, a variety of Electric Vehicles (EVs) are represented through digital tokens (NFTs) that symbolize participation rights related to the assets used in Riide’s services.
Each EV is associated with a collection of 100 digital tokens (NFTs). Holding these tokens grants access to exclusive platform features, community recognition, and priority participation in mobility services.
Community Fleet NFTs are available for purchase on the Yumi marketplace, subject to mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to ensure compliance and user security.
Clarification of Rights
Holding tokens within the Community Fleet program does not confer legal ownership of the physical vehicles. Instead, these digital assets provide holders with utility rights, including platform access and membership benefits. Ownership of the physical assets remains under the control of Riide or designated service providers as per applicable leasing or buy-to-own agreements.
The Riide Certificate of Participation protocol (#CoOp) supports the Community Fleet program by securely linking each vehicle asset to its corresponding digital token.
Once an asset is procured and authenticated at the local Riide headquarters, it undergoes a specialized security marking process. Verification data is securely recorded using biometric cryptographic technology and integrated on-chain via Origyn Tech.
The certificate is connected to the digital tokens representing the asset and integrated into the Riide Dapp system to facilitate operational management and service assignments.
Assets subject to leasing or buy-to-own contracts are assigned to designated service providers, with repayment terms commencing 30 days following vehicle collection.

Service providers may apply for a smart leasing or buy-to-own contract through RIIDE Dapp Ltd. Upon approval, the selected asset is incorporated into a Real World Asset (RWA) NFT collection, formalized by countersignature from RIIDE Dapp Ltd. This agreement serves as the basis for generating digital certificates and RWA NFTs. Service providers are required to utilize the asset exclusively for RIIDE services while maintaining high operational standards.
Re-acquisition & Transfer of Ownership: Both RIIDE Dapp Ltd and service providers have the option to repurchase ownership interests through the ‘Buy to Own’ scheme. This scheme offers flexibility for service providers to obtain full ownership or transfer their interest by selling the asset to another participant.
Asset Maintenance & Support: Service providers have access to the RIIDE EV Club, providing comprehensive support for asset maintenance and operational efficiency.
Automated Repayment Structure: Repayments are automatically deducted on a 30-day cycle to streamline financial management for service providers.
Liquidity & Tradability: Ownership NFTs are tradable within the platform, offering participants flexibility to adjust their positions.
Simplified Ownership Model: This approach focuses on participation rights rather than direct equity ownership of vehicles, reducing complexity and promoting broader financial inclusion.
