🪙 Nimbus Capital – $15M Strategic Growth Facility
Riide Dapp has secured a $15 million Growth Equity Token Agreement (GETA) with Nimbus Capital, marking one of the strongest institutional commitments in the Web3 mobility sector.
The facility is structured as a milestone-based token agreement, providing long-term strategic capital to support Riide’s global rollout, ecosystem development, and tokenized infrastructure model.
The first $2.5 million tranche is unlocked upon completion of Riide’s pre-TGE milestones, including smart contract audit, compliance verification, MVP readiness, and exchange listing preparation.
Nimbus will also support Riide through its partner network, after TGE.
This deal validates Riide’s model, strengthens our liquidity runway, and positions the $RIIDE token for a strong and well-supported market entry
Seed & Private Sale Vesting Periods
All tokens allocated in seed and private sales are subject to smart contract-based staking mechanisms with defined cliff periods and linear vesting schedules. This ensures gradual token release aligned with investor commitment, helping maintain token stability and supporting long-term platform success.
